Investigative works with national human rights committee members in Bangladesh during the crisis years from 2013-2016:
February 2013-April, 2016: Collaborated with citizens advocacy for conflict-ridden events when Islamic extremists kept murdering atheist bloggers and secular people in Bangladesh. Achievements: (i) Conduct of Rural Journalists’ Training (ii) Investigative works: attacks on minority community by the Radical Islamist party members in 2013-2014 (iii) Legal Support for HR Activists of Protest Movement, Organized Press Conferences, Panel Discussions with Journalists, Writers Group, etc.

1994–1997: Free-lance producer: Bangladesh Television and Radio.
1993–1994: Coordinated a national NGOs Women’s Program and worked to establish a Feminist Magazine named Rupantor.
January 1986–1998: UNFPA Gender project training consultant, Management Officer in bi-lateral country programs for DANIDA, Field Coordinator CIDA, CTU, regional coordinator OXFAM Women’s Program.
